Contacted Zillow about listing my home for sale on their website, I am the only owner on the title/Deed and own the home. After uploading the information and photos, was told to wait at least 72 hours before the listing would post, IF there were any issues the zillow service dept would contact me, after more than five days I contacted the customer service team and more than 48 hours have not heard a peep. My email and contact number were on all correspondence. Absolutely criminal what these massive companies get away with, I am more than happy to hear from someone from this company.

There's no way to get actual information you need from an actual realtor. You can call or email them and it'll just get you to somebody that is a middleman to a middleman to a middle man. If you're looking for land and intend to build good luck. They do not want to deal with land they do not want to answer your questions if it's not a big giant mansion for sale where they're getting a big cut they don't care. That being said if you're going to sell go ahead and just post it in the newspaper for 30 bucks if you've got a good deal someone will buy it, but I would never post my crap on here or put it in the hands of a realtor who doesn't give a s***

Park Crest Commons is so well kept up. Staff/maintenance are always welcoming, fun and just plain awesome! The apartments look brand new, grounds are always kept up. Facilities are immaculate. New fitness center. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are always clean. If you are looking for an apartment in a safe community, look no further! Thank you for a beautiful, comfortable and safe place to live, and treating the tenants as family!

This site is a joke. Overinflated values on homes. Tried telling rhen that their estimate of my property value was $40,000 over the current appraised value. They blew me off basically saying their estimate is spot on.

Dennis Rieder DRE#02014241 is a very unprofessional realtor. The entire transaction from the moment my offer was accepted to the getting the keys was a nightmare. Poor/terrible communication, rudeness, negation, writing skills was shown. Dennis was very negative, rude, and unprofessional. Escrow was supposed to close on March 31st, but instead was prolonged to allow the sellers to stay until April 4th. Even then the sellers didn't leave the keys, garage door as required. Dennis was toying with my realtor for 2 hours via text, which showed his inability of typing, communicating as a professional realtor. Finally, after two hours of useless texts the sellers arrived to drop off the items. They were very unprofessional, non-apologetic for not leaving the requires items. The entire transaction was terrible and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Dennis DRE #02014241 , Mance Rieder, DRE #02050930 and Linda Hernandez; Driven Escrow to my worst enemy . I don't recommend any of them!

Zillow is a joke! They accredited the sale of my home to the wrong property, and thus reflect the value of my home way below its actual value. Which is then reflected incorrectly on credit karma and everywhere else. I've emailed multiple times and gotten the run around from rude people who can't read an email... They finally removed the sale from the wrong house but never attributed it to the right one. Oh and if they have the wrong picture apparently you need to contact Google, so that's fun.

Compass Realty Debrah Cantrell. Discrimination Alert! Refused to rent to my 19 year old college students. Said” they have to be graduate students”. Which is age discrimination and illegal. Then literally scurried away and drove off.

DO NOT pay $30 for a rental application. They will promise to reuse it for 30 days. It is a lie. The button text will change from "Apply now" to "Request an application" and your money will be wasted. Realtors pay no attention to it because each has its own process. And before Zillow responds with how much they appreciate my feedback, they should put my money where their mouth is and REFUND IT.
