My problem is different from others. Zillow has our house listed for sale when it isn’t and they refuse to do anything about it. We have people trespassing trying to get in our doors looking in our windows(while we’re home) and trying to get in our garage. When we tell people it’s not for sale they tell us well it’s on Zillow so it is for sale. I’m tired of these people and Zillow. Will be calling the police from now on.

I am currently attempting to sell my home and have encountered significant issues with Zillow's listing service. Recently, we decided to remove certain outdated pictures from our MLS listing to better present our property. However, despite these changes being made three days ago, Zillow still showcases these old pictures, inaccurately representing our home. I have tried reaching out to Zillow's customer support for help in resolving this issue but have not received any response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and undermines our efforts to effectively market our home. For a platform that is supposed to be a leader in real estate listings, this delay and poor customer service are unacceptable. This experience has been disheartening and has significantly impacted my confidence in Zillow's effectiveness and reliability. Potential buyers are not seeing the most accurate version of our listing, which could affect their interest negatively.

I wish I could leave it a minus 5 star review. Absolutely impossible with the worst customer service. (non existent)

I put my property twice on Zillow site for rent . Both times , last year and this year I got response from criminals . Last year was a guy who stole identity ( I found the real person ) , this year , I’m just dealing with him currently, a guy who sent me such a fake photo of his American passport that it’s literally a joke . The worst thing is that last year I informed Zillow about it and they were asking me all the questions like I was the criminal whereas I was doing them and their customers a favor. Their verification process is a total JOKE . They are the only site I’ve been having issues like this , not to mention twice in a row . I looked at the profile of the guy “Neil Thomas “ ( btw. there is 0 information about him anywhere on the internet) and there is practically 0 information about him on Zillow . They have his credit score and income, that’s it ! Where in the world does Zillow take that info from ???? Maybe they’ve become too big or maybe they simply don’t care about their customers but to everybody who trusts them and put their property on Zillow site, PLEASE be super careful ! Ask potential renters / buyers for id, do your own check ups , look closely at the id. Luckily because of this , no harm was done to me but it’s very annoying. Zillow , you are not being professional!

The worst I can’t express enough not to do any business with. Especially they give your info to sales sharks if you sell by owner and they take it down if you don’t want to work with them.

Great company, I’ve been using them for past 3 months and the results are great.

Most listings are not helpful. Property pictures don't show the property boundary lines.
