ordered a Glock gun on 18th July now its been 11 days tracking codes are no where to be seen, they are saying the codes ae wrong on tracking websites, contacted them via email and comments neither of them replied to me. today on the 11th day told there was a sending error. i am extremely frustrated now i want the gun i paid loads of money for, and compensation for the wait with no updates or sorry from them. haven't tested product out just be warned take u weeks and weeks to get item. only meant to take 5-7 days not 11 days

just ordered a pack of gel balls for $4, been waiting about a month for them and they still haven't arrived but the tracking service from this website https ://www. aftership. com/track helps you better. its not sponsored by zhendou but it will keep your cravings for updates at bay.

Guys i purchased JM Jimming Gen8J8 M4A1 Gel Blaster for my son. I paid over €80 for it, and it arrived never worked..there is a crackling sound from handle when you pick it up and it wont fire. We have tried everything. My 13 year old is so upset, he put €40 towards it from his own pocket money. I have messaged them constantly , they wont send a replacement let alone a refund. They are based in China so i cant even return it. I took a chance and i shouldnt have. Waited 3 wks for it to arrive and broke..this is shocking. I have to just accept facts now and cut my losses because trying to email and send messages are a complete waste of time. I even showed them a video of the noise from the handle and not firing..they suggested something but waste of time never sorted it as i expected. I will never again purchase from outside the EU and certainly not china! Please please dont get caught like me.

Bought a 1911 and m16 gel blaster, great customer service. Cheapest website to buy them. Only dissapointing thing was the shipping time nut its understandable beacause its overseas. Definitley shopping here again!

i asked for a refund cause my son bought a 230 dollar thing it that instantly refunded me thank you zhenduos

Competitive prices. Great discounts. Nice range of products. Free shipping. What’s not to like!!??

Great customer service, great products for their US customer base. No other gel blaster site could compare to Zhenduo. They replied to ALL my inquiries as well speedily. The downside is the shipping time, but understandable since it's overseas. You have a lifetime customer here!
