Zhenduo BlasterReviews of zhenduotoys.com

I payed e for my order then got an email saying they cant ship it because of the size then I noticed they were still taking money out of my account. There only 1 way to stop them that's have your card turned off report it stolen. Right now I have 535 dollars credit limit there but if I try to use it there will be another email saying the same thing and they will start stealing again so don't order anything and don't be stupid like me and use your bank card its a scam,

My order arrived on time but everything after that was a complete disaster the guns were absolute junk the pieces and parts didn't line up the aftermarket parts didn't fit neither of the guns I purchased would work I contacted this company and they continued to leave me on even when I had supporting documents they asked for this company is a complete scam do not ever purchase from them

ordered a Glock gun on 18th July now its been 11 days tracking codes are no where to be seen, they are saying the codes ae wrong on tracking websites, contacted them via email and comments neither of them replied to me. today on the 11th day told there was a sending error. i am extremely frustrated now i want the gun i paid loads of money for, and compensation for the wait with no updates or sorry from them. haven't tested product out just be warned take u weeks and weeks to get item. only meant to take 5-7 days not 11 days

Guys i purchased JM Jimming Gen8J8 M4A1 Gel Blaster for my son. I paid over €80 for it, and it arrived never worked..there is a crackling sound from handle when you pick it up and it wont fire. We have tried everything. My 13 year old is so upset, he put €40 towards it from his own pocket money. I have messaged them constantly , they wont send a replacement let alone a refund. They are based in China so i cant even return it. I took a chance and i shouldnt have. Waited 3 wks for it to arrive and broke..this is shocking. I have to just accept facts now and cut my losses because trying to email and send messages are a complete waste of time. I even showed them a video of the noise from the handle and not firing..they suggested something but waste of time never sorted it as i expected. I will never again purchase from outside the EU and certainly not china! Please please dont get caught like me.

I ordered a couple of items and never received them I tried asking for my refund and have not received anything package or refund so now I have to have this investigate to see why im not getting my order and refund

it NEVER arrived and poor communication, it’s 7 days! It says quick shipping, HOW FAST IS THAT! SEVEN hole days and it didn’t arrive

Very disappointed with company. I bought the Jinming JM J10 Gen10 ACR Gel Blaster and it arrived in bad condition. It appears they sold me a used gun. Gun did not even arrive in original box. Looks like they just found any old box and threw the gun in there. Also piece came broken and wear and tear on gun. I have just notified them and awaiting a response this is the third gun i have purchased and third bad experience. Wish they would allow pictures to see condition. Unbelievable. They also use 17track to ship and i would recommend you look at their reviews. I recommend Tactoys if your in the US. *Update. Customer service messaged me they will send me replacement part as long as i remove negative review. So i went ahead and purchased the part myself from Xforcetacusa unbelieveable company. Still does not excuse condition of blaster. Also mentioned they sent blaster in different box for shipping reasons. Does not state anywhere i would not get the original box.

This site is scam. I never received my package after 5 months. I have been trying to contacted to its customer service. They were just blame to the shipping company but nothing else. Please be CAUTION ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM this site!
