Gkloot.comReviews of gkloot.com

I ordered some resins from GKLoot, I have to admit, I chickened out because after lots of thoughts I realized resin collecting is not for me, the support was super nice, I have to give huge props to Gray, very professional service and helping me refund my payment in full, If I will ever decide that I do want to order a resin, Gkloot has 100% of my trust.

Very happy with my experience with Gkloot. I've remained loyal to another store, however I wanted to try a different store for a change, and since a resin I was after was out of stock on my usual shop, it was a great opportunity to try out Gkloot. My very first order with GKloot unfortunately the item I wanted was sold out after i'd placed an order, however customer services did contact me to explain what had happened (not their fault) and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My next 2 orders went rather smoothly, communication was very good by Gray, who answered any questions I had and was very responsive when i asked for any updates. Both my orders arrived in good time which i was happy about, and i particularly like the points system GKloot has, feels like you're rewarded for shopping with them which I really appreciate. Planning to order from them again, especially via their other stores such as Show Z store. Recommended 5*

Great Shop was able to get my figure :D

For these figures being a niche hobby I think communication is important and being able to always get proper information makes me feel a lot less worried dropping large sums of cash on them. Email works fine but being able to talk to the store reps on discord has been great for me. Whenever I have an issue they help resolve it very quickly.

I’m really happy with gkloot.com! The website is easy to use, everything is clear and works smoothly. Customer support is extremely kind and helpful — I always got quick answers to my questions. My orders arrived on time and in perfect condition. It’s such a pleasure to see a service this reliable and seamless — it’s a rare thing these days! I can only recommend gkloot.com to everyone looking for quality and trustworthiness. 👌✨

The only seller I trust to order figures and statues from overseas. Importing these kinds of things can be really difficult and expensive, especially waiting months at a time for something that might get stolen, destroyed or not show up. GkLoot, makes it easy and affordable to get amazing figures with really good customer support.

Great customer service, helpful and quick to responses. Large selection of statues and at great prices.

Amazing customer service, had a small problem during checkout and support took care of it in less than a day. I also like the clean and simple layout of the website, making it easy to navigate and find specific figures.
