I payed e for my order then got an email saying they cant ship it because of the size then I noticed they were still taking money out of my account. There only 1 way to stop them that's have your card turned off report it stolen. Right now I have 535 dollars credit limit there but if I try to use it there will be another email saying the same thing and they will start stealing again so don't order anything and don't be stupid like me and use your bank card its a scam,

I have finally received my order Jan 6/26 but before I have sent several emails about my order and cancellation because it didn’t arrive before Christmas and no tracking was provided, I ordered Dec 3 and thought it was coming from the US destination but even if it is shipped from china, I have sent several requests to talk to someone and zero response. So you will just have to wait patiently a month from orders from China to Canada. My son is happy with the quality of the gun and shells

i bought a gel blaster around the start of decenber, and nothing from the company, i send mesages to every social media they have and no answer, i finally found an email and i got a reply after 1 week of trying to reach out, apperently there was a festival going on in china and they counldt send anything gun like. I wish they had that explained on the website but ok, it arrived today no problems

Awesome customer service, and a big selection of products. The shipping times are average for free shipping, about 7-14 days to Canada. The only bump is that they can send you products that look used, like dried gells in the mags. Otherwise, a great shop that I would recommend. I've been shopping there for a couple years, and nothing seriously bad has happened.

My order arrived on time but everything after that was a complete disaster the guns were absolute junk the pieces and parts didn't line up the aftermarket parts didn't fit neither of the guns I purchased would work I contacted this company and they continued to leave me on even when I had supporting documents they asked for this company is a complete scam do not ever purchase from them

Its a good website with decent prices. All the products I’ve ordered has arrived in good conditions. The shipping times can be pretty long tho, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for the order to ship especially if you’ve ordered individual parts. Have some patience.
