If I could give a 'zero star' review, I would. I'm not someone who usually takes the time to write a review, but their customer service is absolutely horrific. People need to be warned. Sadly, I have shopped with this company for years and had tremendous service, but the wheels have fallen off in the past year. Faced with a significant product issue, I've sent emails...left phone messages...all with no response. When I finally got to someone (after three weeks and no less than 20 calls), they promised to get back to me with answers. When I called back two weeks later after no call back and spoke to the SAME person, she didn't even remember talking with me and had no record of my call. Stay away from this company. They are horrible and should go out of business. Again, I was a loyal customer of Z Gallerie for years. They are not the same company. They are beyond bad.

This review is about Z Gallerie online. It is next to impossible to get fabric swatches for the furniture they sell online. How they expect to stay in business is beyond me. I am not paying several thousand dollars for dining chairs if I can't see the fabric in person. Since many of their stores have closed, there is no longer a store near me. This is what happens when a business is gobbled up by some holding company that has no experience in the business they have bought. To make matters worse, Z Gallerie telephone customer service people now try to sell you goods from other companies that the holding company has recently acquired.

Trash company. It’s just a fancy name

I ordered The Paramount Gold and Alabast table setting set along with glasses. 32 pieces in all. Why on earth would they place two stickers EACH on the dishes. As I sit here and begin to remove 72 stickers from my merchandise I am absolutely livid and disappointed at the silliness of TWO stickers on such elegant dinnerware. Please rethink this moving forward Z-Gallerie.

Do not deal with this Company! I’ve been trying to get a couch delivered since November. I was told it would be delivered in February. It is now June and I am still waiting for the couch. I did a charge back when they told me the couch wouldn’t be coming. They told me the couch is in the warehouse and would be delivered. I reversed the charge back ,however I’m still waiting for them to release the couch. American Express spoke to them. I sent proof that the chargeback was reversed. However they keep telling me that the accounting department says I have a balance owed on the account. I paid in full when I ordered everything back in November. The charge back was reversed and the full amount was paid back.They have my money, yet I can’t get my couch. it is impossible to deal with this company. Do not buy anything that needs to be custom made. I am at my wits end and I still don’t have my couch! Unbelievable.

I bought some wine glasses in February. I receiveD them in May and my card was also charged in May. I was really annoyed but brushed it off because I was abroad. What really pissed me off is that the quality of the glasses was so CHEAP! I probably could’ve gotten better from Walmart. Worst first time shopping here. Do not shop here, I will NEVER shop here again!

I LOVE the products... but the ordering, customer service, and such are terrible. Not that they are rude, just slow, inconvenient, and too many misc. problems. For example, an email receipt but nothing in it. Ordering online but it won't process the address (says it's incorrect when it's not). Calling customer service directly but getting the busy signal. No tracking after 6 days of purchase. This also was happening pre-pandemic. When I do order from here, I don't get my hopes up for in-stock items and know all the hoops. I do appreciate the friendly service though.

I have bought a few items from Zgallerie on more than one occasion and have been satisfied each time. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted with professionalism and smiles. Richard took the time to listen to my needs and help me layout my dream design for my living room. I will be back, and I'm definitely recommend to my family and friends!
