I ordered some halloween/fall decor. I placed my order at the end of August, and I still hadn't gotten confirmation it had shipped by early October. I emailed customer service, and was ignored until I asked for them to cancel my order. At that time, they said they would check and see if it was already on the truck, and if it was, they would not cancel. A week later, after ignorning emails I sent in the meantime insisting on canceling my order, they replied that it indeed was on the truck, and I couldn't cancel. It then took over a week to arrive, and was shipped to the wrong address. The neighbor knew me, so brought my order over. I called Z gallerie, but was told I would have to pay to return it, seasonal items may not be refunded, and even if they were it could take over three weeks after receiving them. The customer service here was all around awful, especially at this price point. I LOVE the look of their items, but am absolutely frustrated and would never buy from them again.

Circa Sofa & Duplicity Coffee Table are both are TRASH! Do NOT order product from Z Gallerie, product is third world JUNK! The company has completely failed on every level. Sofa arrived with center lower front indentation that's deformed untufted, a powdery white substance spilled out. Two top Right tufted indentations are deformed smashed overlapping, pillows are both crumpled up, a bumpy mess, totally unacceptable! Coffee Table finish is tarnished bronze, not appearing silver, every meeting side seem is indented appearing damaged. We are shocked with Z Gallerie lack of quality in all products received, poor workmanship at every turn, compounded by lengthy wait times, all while paying considerably higher prices for coffee table and sofa that do not compare to an alternative. Z Gallerie leaves it's customers in financially upside down positions after wasting their time and money at a time replacements are not readily available due to the nations supply chain issues. Z Gallerie to further inconvenience the customer and creating additional financial losses missing work around unreliable deliveries. Escalations department completely crippled making up what suits them but refuses to be honest, fair or listen to the customer. Extremely poor product, lowest quality manufacturing, sending out seriously defective merchandise after we donated our own furniture to make room for Z Gallerie products. This product is NOT what's advertised, won't be what you ordered & not what you paid for. STAY AWAY from Z Gallerie they should be permanently closed!

I placed an order for the Clifton Console table and Clifton end table in June. The console table was supposed to only take 5 weeks to arrive. The end table was about 2 months, so I was advised to place 2 separate orders from a Customer Service representative otherwise they would hold up my order on the console table until the end table was in. I had to pay 2 separate delivery charges of $200. Well, 5 months later and several phone calls to customer service, the 2 products are in. EXCEPT I found out from the outsourced delivery company that there was a third order to deliver as well… ANOTHER Clifton Console table. Sure enough, I reviewed my recent bank transactions and there was an additional withdrawal out of my account from ZGallerie. (Almost $1200 which included the $200 delivery fee.). The tables had gone on sale while I was waiting the months and months to receive mine, but they would not honor me the sales price. They also stated that the two items would now arrive at the same time, but would not combine them 2 orders to save me the extra $200 delivery fee. If this was not bad enough, when I called customer service and was handed off several times, I finally was speaking with someone in the Escalation department. He said they “researched” the matter, and the order was not a duplicate or a mistake on their end (yes, it was I can guarantee I did not place a second order for the console table!) they would take the item back but only after charging me a restocking fee of 25%!!! ($290.23). He called back and said that they would be willing to drop the restocking fee to 15% ($174.14) NOT ACCEPTABLE and certainly this company could care less about its customers. DO NOT SHOP AT ZGALLERIE!!!!!

Z Gallerie in the International Mall, Tampa Florida is G-R-E-A-T ! Each time I walk in, I am welcomed by one of the associates and am walked around and helped. They make it so much fun (and there’s no pressure). There are so many great things in the store, I tend to stay over an hour each time. And Jeffrey is fantastic. Thank you Z Gallerie (and Jeffrey M.)

I purchased a sectional on October 20,2021. I receive a call from Francisco stating there was an online error in their system and that they can’t honor the price of the sectional. I ask Francisco for the corporate officer number. I was placed on hold, then he hung up the phone. I decided to file a report with the BBB and noticed that BBB had posted the Federal Trade Commission contact information due to receiving lots of complaints regarding bad business practices by ZGallerie. Shortly after making my complaint with the FTC, I receive an email from Francisco saying “thanks for calling to cancel your order”, unbelievable. I then called the corporate office, from the listed number on BBB site. That recording said not to leave a message, rather email Richard Myers. I emailed Mr Myers. I am still waiting for a response. I would like to believe all the representatives for ZGallerie aren’t liars and rude as Francisco. I’ve patronized this business for years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I agree with the other reviews, Zgallerie will eventually fold and go out of business due to their bad practices.
