This place is ridiculous. I ordered a dresser May 30th and it said would be delivered on June 20th (the only reason I ordered). It is September 23rd and I have yet to receive my dresser. I have spoke with probably 15 different people at the customer service number and no-one has an answer but that it was shipped end of June and they do not know. I just have to wait for the carrier to contact me. WHAT!!! With all the technology no-one in the company not even a supervisor can give me ETA. I have asked for refund $2200 several times and all they say is it's been shipped so we can't refund you. Been shipped when, where to whom because I sure don't have it. I am beyond pissed and in touch with an attorney.

HORRIBLE! The website is absolute crap, logins never work (haven't for OVER A MONTH), customer service is clueless or simply doesn't care, and a few items that were supposed to get delivered were not and sat at a terminal for OVER A MONTH until we pushed them to deliver it. After multiple attempts at receiving a refund for damaged goods and items that never shipped- nothing! Used to like Z Gallerie, but it has turned to complete and total crap. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! Seriously guys, get your stuff together!

How do I give this miserable company 0 stars? If you want a terrible experience just dare to purchase anything from Z Gallerie. We had a dresser delivered damaged on three separate occasions. They now owe my wife and I money but refuse to settle. You can call their so called help desk only to get a person who acts like they give a crap. They are clearly coached to get you off the phone while promising to get back to you with some sort of resolution. It’s nothing but empty promises. Do not order anything from this company.

If I could provide negative stars to this company I would. I ordered items back in January, and it still has not shipped nor can they tell me the ETA. Had a different order with a damaged dresser and it took several phone calls and emails to try to reach a reasonable resolution for a free replacement. They expected me to Fedex a 800 lb dresser at my cost for something I received damaged. They are not helpful and tell you they will get back to you, they never do. I am still waiting on 2 orders and a refund. It is a headache and I will never purchase again, it is a shame after being a long term customer.

Ordered a lamp that took over 2 months to receive. It was missing several parts. When I called customer service they said that I would receive resolution in a day or two. It has been more than 2 weeks. I was a customer of theirs for over 20 years. The obviously don’t care about that so I will find a new business to shop with. Also filed a claim with BBB.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order in June and three weeks later the order has not shipped yet. You never receive a tracking # even though they claim that the carrier is fedex

I purchased a quilt, shams, and a throw pillow for $355.06. Shipping (standard) was $49.95. I paid using PayPal. When I received the items, they were not the quality that I expected (the material was very cheap/poor quality, looked like I had gotten it at Walmart for less than $100. To return, I had to send it back with tracking information ($69). My tracking information noted delivery on June 10. I did not receive my refund until July 3rd, and that was only after a string of emails asking for updates and threatening to file a complaint with PayPal. When I finally got my refund, they only refunded $355.06. So - I ended up paying $118.95 out of pocket in order to see how poor of a quality of a product it was. Very Disappointing.

I ordered over $400 of decorative items for my home and Z Gallerie kept extending the arrival date. When I called the customer service number, the automated message provided a number to call, but it was the SAME number that was dialed. I sent an email and and after several exchanges, someone finally said the order was cancelled and I’d get a refund in 7-10 days. That time has passed and no no one is responding. I finally just disputed with my credit card.
