Very misleading descriptions and bad service
Very misleading descriptions, bad service. I ordered hinges that had a "Qty: 2" in the description, but only one showed up in a box that had a sharpie covering up "Qty: 2" on the box. There was no indication there would only be one in the description, other sites seem to sell as a pair for similar prices. Customer service was not helpful and I have to pay a fair amount to return. Would 100% recommend avoiding this company.

Shady Company doing shady things
I put 20 PCs of an 8 dollar product in my cart but waited until morning to confirm the exact quantity. I come back to find that the price essentially doubled to 15 dollars. Shady ass shit they are doing and will never click on a part that I need if their website is the one supplying it. I would avoid like the plague.

In stock means they have to order it from factory, wont ship out same day like website states
Used them before and never had any issues. Ordered something yesterday that was in stock. They reached out this morning asking options about the hardware as it was going to be a factory item they dont stock. Canceled the order, probably not going to ordering from them again as this put me in a bind.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They continued to send the wrong parts. Once received we tested the parts and they did not work. ZenSupply refused to issue a replacement until 10 months later. We asked to test out the product and they claimed it was working perfectly, once received it did not work. Could not get in contact with anyone and when they did call back they called after our business hours, which our business hours were made clear to the sales rep Horrible experience do not recommend.

I bought a Medeco lock before checking…
I bought a Medeco lock before checking the reviews of this company (my mistake), and I received a lock, that was apparently a return, with a missing part. Extremely disappointing.

Scam
Scam! Selling cheap, knockoff Emtek products. We ordered Emtek hinges. They arrived cheaply spray painted with grease leaking out the sides and the wrong Emtek logo. Returning them was a huge hassle and I'm still waiting on my refund. Getting ready to dispute this with my credit card company.

Extreme Incompetence.
I've never experienced such extreme incompetence with a company. I was REPEATEDLY sent the wrong item or just PORTIONS of items. And there's no telling what finish they're going to be in. I was seriously in disbelief each time I opened a box from this place. And now I'm spending time returning these wrong items too. If you have any sort of timeline that you're working on, if you actually want the item that you ordered, or if you value your sanity and prefer to not have to send 20 emails back and forth with their inept help desk AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Seriously. Even if it costs more elsewhere, dealing with this place is not worth it. Absolute nightmare.

BUYER BE WARE
Ordered deadbolt and door latch only to receive ONE side. Obviously a deadbolt needs both sides to work. Also need a door latch on the inside and outside. The order - they Only Sold ONE side. Description very misleading. Paid $19.99 for shipping and will not refund shipping and want a 25% restocking fee -- IF they will even take it back. $63.77 Not a tremendous amount but stand to not get the $19.99 shipping the 25% restocking fee and pay return shipping -- might get less than half back. Good deal for the company. Think I have been scammed.
