After we followed up with the supplier regarding the second unit, we were informed that the item had unfortunately been discontinued and they no longer had remaining stock to fulfill the rest of the order. We understand how disruptive this can be when you’re in the middle of a job. While the order was initially partially refunded for the unavailable item, we ultimately processed a full refund for the entire order after you requested it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the time this caused you to spend addressing the issue.
