We have outdated hardware in this…
We have outdated hardware in this 20-year-old condo tower in Atlanta and Zen always comes through for us.
Response from ZenSupplyMar 4, 2026
Thank you for the great feedback. Supporting properties with legacy and hard to match hardware is exactly where our team shines. We are glad we could help you source the Yale McClure passage levers in Satin Nickel and keep your condo tower project moving forward. When managing a 20 year old property, consistency in finish and function matters. At ZenSupply, we make it EASY to find the right solutions, even when the hardware is outdated or difficult to track down. We appreciate your continued trust and look forward to helping you stay ahead of the next upgrade or replacement need with the same speed and reliability.

Received broken light.
The item was originally on back order and then was suddenly shipped within a recent time frame. However, when the lights arrived, they were shattered. I received a swift response to my complaint stating it was being taken care of but have not had any updates in about a week and my room continues to be dark while I am now shopping elsewhere. This may be more of a carrier complaint but at this time I received a shattered product that I paid for. My review could change based on whatever happens next. Update: customer service was very friendly and apologized for the damaged product. I was refunded and they attempted to resend but unfortunately, the lights are too fragile to send. I am changing my review to a 4 because they made a good effort to correct a situation that unfortunately may have been beyond their control. I appreciate the effort.

Perfect Door Sill
The only reason for 5 stars was because the part we needed was backorder for so long but the product is great and perfect for our application. Communication was also good.
Response from ZenSupplyOct 24, 2025
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Even with the extended backorder, we’re glad to hear the Pemko 3261 sill nosing was the perfect fit for your project — that’s exactly the outcome we aim for. At ZenSupply, our team stays connected every step of the way to ensure you get the right product, clear communication, and a perfectly simple experience from start to finish. Thank you for your patience and trust in ZenSupply — we’re proud to be your single online source for commercial hardware and building products. We make it EASY.
