This order was the second time I purchased a very expensive commercial (~$500) handle/lock set from ZenSupply. My initial purchase was flawless. Not only was their price significantly less than other vendors and half of what my local locksmith would charge but delivery was fast. My second purchase had a problem. A ZenSupply representative provided incorrect information resulting in my ordering a product without a special feature I needed. I contacted ZenSupply about the problem and they took ownership of their error. I returned the handle/lock set and received a full refund. They resolved the situation in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. My experience speaks volumes about their commitment to provide products at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Although it took forever for the product to be in stock and I had low expectations of ever receiving it, the product did eventually arrive. The customer service, communication, and transparency, however, was excellent and very much appreciated.
