I was sent a defective product that didn't work right out of the box. Now I have to wait to see if my refund/replacement will be approved. However, I am updating my original 1-star rating to 5 stars. ZenSupply addressed my concerns promptly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience here but I'm really glad you reached out. Our team has actively been reaching out to you and has left messages and emails informing you we are taking care of this right away. Our last message was to let you know your replacement was already in route and is scheduled for delivery on May 6th. I'm really sorry you had a defective item, but we care deeply about getting these taken care of quickly. I'm sorry that our communication broke down and we weren't able to keep you as informed as we should have at each step. But I hope this is a satisfactory resolution for you!

It was the wrong size and didn't fit. As states in the reply, the company refunded me my money and an employee is working on trying to find the correct item. I think that is worth 5 stars!!

I want to give a shout out and great review of your sales agent named Poline Gutierrez. I needed a shower base quickly to begin a remodel. He worked hard to make sure this happened when it appeared it might not get out Friday. He was very nice and quickly answered my phone calls and emails in a friendly fashion and made sure it got shipped this week. What a great employee you have!! Thank you Poline and ZenSupply!! All employees should be this good!, Thanks, Mary M.
