ZendeskReviews of zendesk.com

I recently bought a tail gate decal for my new truck. This company advertises a no hassle return that is a bunch of BULL. I ask to return the decal and they said it was not returnable. I told them I did not even open the package but they said that they would not take it back. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give it to them they should get a minus 10 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE

Bought a drone from this company They showed a classy drone when it arrived it was a poor quality distant cousin of the one they showed had to fight thru pp to get my money back best part of 4 months waiting and writing

I've been very happy with zendesk in the past. But somehow they've left themselves stranded in 2010. The features they offer are not up to date, which I can live with to a degree. But I've had over 6 months of almost no reply from them on trying to change our licensing model and actually paying them more money for a better product but it's completely lost on them. We work for one of the largest corporations in the world and I'm shocked at how little we matter to Zendesk. I'm sad that I have to say; Steer clear.

Very very disappointed. Package Option lists are very confusing and the staff trying to sell them clearly need a lot more training as they are clueless what comes with what. Our Account rep was almost always missing in action. Support might well be supplied by a bunch of strangers as they are also clueless and seem to think it’s ok to make the customer do all the work. Our company ended up offline for almost 24 hours over their stupidity. Another large company boxing off the cheapest employees it can find into siloed departments and failing to empower anyone to put the customer first.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I have Irlen Syndrome, and some colleagues have dyslexia. The visual design of this software has not only totally prevented us doing our jobs to the point where one quit because of it, it's causing migraines that are causing time off sick, so it's literally taking money out of my pocket. They clearly hate anyone with a disability as the design is like a check list of things that make it harder for people with visual processing issues to use.

Extremely low quality of service! Disrespecting agents' behavior! Highly unrecommended!

I have had a poor experience with this company. I am never able to contact anyone live for support and my account representatives have constantly changed. They always want you to use their knowledge center to find answers on your own and when I tried to cancel my subscription 24 days prior, they would not let me out of my contract. This was only 6 days late, which I was not aware of was written in the agreement. I will never use their services again, nor would I recommend anyone utilize them. There are much better products that are easier to use with a better customer experience

Would not recommend this ticketing platform to any company. Their platform is constantly lagging, would not work properly with any language tool extension (grammar and spell checker). It freezes if you write a long answer. Worst of the worst.
