Please stay away from this company. They just take your money. Bind you in a year contract. They provided me with Zero referrals. Did not deliver any services they promised such is the video shoot. I sent them my own video and they did not even return it with the editing and did not even bother to contact me. I changed my debit card. They used it without my authorization after I had told them that I wanted to discontinue. They refused to refund me and ignored the fact that they did not deliver their services. Be ware!

Zencare has been transformational for my practice! I love how it gives clients an opportunity to get a feel for who I am, through my introduction video, pictures, and profile. I also love that clients can view my availability, so by the time they reach out we already know that we have schedule compatibility. As a solo practitioner, this has been a huge time saver for me! I'm no longer spending so much time on the phone with clients who are not a good fit (either clinically, or schedule-wise). Clients that reach out to me on Zencare are almost always a great fit, and this is so rewarding. I appreciate that Zencare not only makes life easier for me, but for my clients as well.

I switched from Psychology Today to Zencare for 2 main reasons: First, I wanted to be able to market my practice to all the states that I am licensed in and, even more, be able to differentiate my availability and insurance/payment options for residents across those states. This is my favorite feature of the platform. The second reason that helped me to make this big switch was the personal 1:1 outreach and conversations that I had with the Therapist Outreach Lead, Emily Mossor. I greatly appreciated all the time and attention that she was able to dedicate to the onboarding process. I never received (or was able to access) any direct human contact from Psychology Today and always felt frustrated by not being able to reach out to someone personally with questions. Emily - and everyone else I interacted with at Zencare while signing up - always responded in a timely manner and offered different modes of communication (phone, video conferencing, email) to make sure I could get the answers to my questions. Many thanks to Emily and the Zencare team for providing such a positive experience!

I've had a really positive experience with Zencare. It provides me a steady steam of inquires, many having become clients. I would easily recommend it.

Great referral source especially if you are licensed in multiple states. I was hesitant to sign up due to year commitment and have been pleasantly surprised at the consistent number of inquiries, which have also been good matches. SEO seems to be strong- much more so than top competitor. Unique feature of scheduling free 10 minute consultation has been added benefit as well.

As a therapist who used the platform, I would not recommend as a source for referrals. The platform is not user friendly, they will not work with you if you need to exit the platform (you are obliged to the yearly payments). I have been on there 6 months with two referrals (neither stuck). I am basically donating money to Zencare at this point. The founder is not a therapist herself. Also when approached to join the platform it felt a bit sneaky in the approach; like a sales tactic rather than an invitation. I would rather recommend Psychology today and It’s Complicated for referral sources.

This platform is a scam. The platform is very very unfriendly to users. You need a college course on how to utilize the system and there is no physical support. In order to have any of your questions answered you have to send an email and wait. They swear that you will receive 3 clients per month. It has been 5 months and I have had only 3 referrals in total, none of which have stayed. It is a complete lie. When I attempted to discontinue my membership they reminded me that I was locked in for an entire year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You get more referrals from the 30.00 sites.

ZenCare is very easy to use and offers great customer support. It is a great therapist directory!
