Costly Contract with no Return
I am writing this review to caution fellow therapists about my experience with Zencare. As a psychotherapist with a private practice, I was looking for effective marketing support and was enticed by the promise that I would gain 2-3 new clients per month. The cost was $69 per month, but the catch is that you are locked into a year-long contract. Unfortunately, from January to mid-April, I have only received one inquiry, which was not even suitable as the potential client was located 200 miles away and unable to private pay. When I reached out to my salesperson, who had assured me she was my go-to person for any concerns, I found my emails were redirected to the "help desk" with no resolution to my issues. As a widow trying to maintain my practice in this challenging economy, this has been a significant setback. I strongly urge others to thoroughly research this company before committing. The lack of flexibility and support has been disappointing, and I hope this review helps other practitioners avoid a similar situation.

Hi Kate, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry that your time with Zencare was frustrating and did not deliver the level of support you expected. We understand how discouraging this can be when you’re investing in your practice, and that’s not the experience we aim to provide. While outcomes are influenced by factors like location, specialties, and profile setup, it’s our responsibility to help clinicians navigate those factors, not leave them feeling unsupported. In your case, we recognize that we fell short in providing clear guidance and timely follow‑up. Our goal is to connect you with the right clients, not just more inquiries. A member of our support team will be reaching out directly to review your experience and discuss next steps. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us improve how we support therapists. — The Zencare Team
