Effective and useful
Effective and useful scheduling and record keeping mechanism for my business. I don't use it's full capacity because my business operates slightly differently. But it's still the only platform I've found that does it all for me.

Exceeds our requirements!!
We had a comprehensive list of requirements for our clinic management software. Most important was how we viewed multiple calendars (to help with juggling clients) and how summaries of client history could be reported - PowerDiary does this well along with so many other things (onboarding forms, invoicing, leads lists, online booking...) we are gradually moving more and more of our existing systems/spreadsheets into systems that powerdiary offer. Looking forward to room/resource management functionality!

Really good system
Really good system which I am pleased we introduced into our practice. We do however find it hard to work out when support will be on live chat in the UK and some eCommerce functionality like Discount/Coupon Codes isn't available which we feel should be from a system like this, which in our option would give them 5 stars if it was available.

very helpful website for business
very helpful website for business! Auto-messages are useful and convenient; clear and simple menu list, has capacity to store numerous of clients information, downloading and uploading speeds can't be any better. Yet, the platform still have more space for renovation, such as excluding fee for sending message, or set up a tool of reminder for user to contact clients at a particular time when needed

Power Diary ticks most boxes but...
Power Diary ticks most boxes especially for those that do not particularly like to get too invested in technology. It is simple to use and simple to setup. The two major criticisms I have is that there is no mobile friendly app (come on guys its 2020) and I cannot setup reoccurring payments/I need to manually process payments. Other than that it is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Wouldn't be without it
Even for a small practice like mine Powerdiary has made a huge difference. It took me awhile to get the hang of using it and I am still discovering features but it's light years away from paper-based diaries and hand-generated reminders. Love it!
