Well-developed, User friendly and very efficient
This is great practice-management software. The best that I looked at for our growing practice. It has all that we need for booking appointments, reminders, invoicing (it links to Stripe or stores cc details), medicare rebates and so much more. I'm really impressed with the support service also - there have been many times that we have had to contact Support for advice and they have always responded in a timely and efficient manner. The only real issue I have is the big jump in cost from 9 diaries to 10 (or really from the Medium User - 4-9 Diaries - to the Large User 10 - 20 Diaries). In our practice we have 10-12 part-time/casual practitioners... so for all to have a 'full-time' diary, it means a jump in about $1000 per year. It's a shame the fees can't be in smaller increments per diary rather than such a big jump in cost.

Thanks for your review - it's great to hear how Power Diary is meeting your growing clinic’s needs! Regarding the Plans - you’re right that the Medium Plan (4- 9 Calendars) cost less than the Large Plan (10 - 20 Calendars). However, even if you’re on the Large Plan and only use 10 Calendars, it actually works out at just $5 p/w, per calendar, which we think still represents great value. Even better you could then grow your clinic up to 20 clinicians (calendars) on the same plan without paying a cent more!
