No customer service
They have no customer service, until you want to cancel your account. At that point they invite you to talk to a live agent. If you are a therapist Simple Practice is a much better product for the user. If you are always available for a live call then make the phone number easily accessible.
Response from Zanda (formerly Power Diary)Mar 6, 2025
Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to leave a review but we’re so sorry if we seemed difficult to contact. It’s definitely never our intention to make support feel out of reach. Our team has been busier than usual recently, and while we’ve had to keep our chat service off at times to manage support tickets effectively, you should have received a reply via email within a short time - so I'm not sure what's gone wrong there. Our service is normally something we pride ourselves on and we’ve recently welcomed some new team members to strengthen our support, but it does take time to fully train them on our system. Please note that we’re always available for a live call, not just at cancellation. If you'd still like to talk, you can book a time that suits you here: https://zandahealth.com/book-a-call/. We’d love the opportunity to discuss your situation and help you determine if Zanda is the right fit for your needs. Wishing you all the best, Fiona Harrington
