Yves RocherReviews of yves-rocher.com

Los productos son muy buenos pero y el trato del personal es muy mal y el servicio peor y más en el centro comercial de los arcos Sevilla incluso la mujer llegó a pedirme el DNI para coger una oferta que me llegó al email

I have been ordering with them several times. Today I received a package with the wrong order - I sent them the picture of the package which is too small for what I ordered and the products I received and never ordered. They need some form to fill (not even an online form but something I need to print and fill before I send it back) to start an investigation. I am utterly shocked, given I am a regular client and I sent them a picture of what I received. They made a mistake, so they should manage it as smoothly as possible not put the burden on the client.

Yves Rocher North America Inc. Suite 300 2199 boul. Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil (Québec), J4G 2V7 Beware: Bad products and a return policy trap. The antiperspirant burned my skin and the lip balm was incredibly sticky. To make matters worse, Yves Rocher makes you pay for your own return shipping to their warehouse. It costs almost as much to mail them back as it did to buy them, making a refund pointless. Unusable products and an unfair policy. Since Yves Rocher forces online customers to pay for their own cross-country return shipping, getting a refund is a total waste of money. Do not risk buying from them online.

Fantastisk gode produkter og super service pr. telefon.Dertil fine gaver. Handler gerne her igen.

Web site doesn't work, customer service terrible, I hope they will go bankrupt soon.

Like others, I'm a long time Yves Rocher customer. However, my opinion is changing from very positive to negative, largely due to customer service - which is very lacking. It's almost impossible to reach anyone via phone, and when you do they are often rude. I have has problems with products going rancid, to YR removing items from my order list - without prior notification (email would be great!) and then being charged delivery. I am trying other products now - there was a time I wouldn't have even thought of it. Sign of the times - things are changing - not always for the best. Disappointed loyal YR customer

I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years. I regularly buy your products for myself and as gifts, and I always recommend them to others. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at your branch today. When I told the sales associate my budget for a gift, she immediately replied, "That's too small. How do you suggest that amount?" I found this comment rude and unprofessional. She also brought up that online prices are different from in-store prices, even though I had never mentioned online shopping or prices. Ironically, she then recommended a shower gel and a body mist, and the total was exactly within the budget I had given her from the beginning. I completed my purchase because I needed the gift, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. While I still love your products, I won't be returning to this branch.
