This was my first time ordering from this company and the experience was fast and easy. The product arrived quickly and just as described. I would order from them again. I’m always a little leery ordering from a new site so I’m glad to know it is safe.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Have been a great paying customer ordering 3-4 items monthly for over 12 months now, but because I canceled ONE order and asked for a refund 20 minutes after I ordered a product they now banned me from ordering from them ever again. When I asked for details on their reasoning I was given false information stating I I had been someone “who changed my orders frequently” and now I cannot do business with them any longer. Just a bad customer service team. Lack of professionalism. Just a bunch of bimbos with knock off k beauty products.

Hi Rhi, We’re sorry that you were disappointed with our decision. However, we would like to clarify several factual inaccuracies in this review. Our records show that this decision was not made because of one canceled order. There were four separate order cancellations, along with multiple communications regarding order changes and cancellations. After reviewing the account history, we made the business decision that we could no longer continue processing orders on this account in order to avoid further order, payment, and fulfillment issues. We would also like to clarify that our records do not reflect 3–4 items being purchased monthly for over 12 months, as stated in this review. The actual customer history with our store is approximately six months, with orders generally consisting of 1–3 items. All canceled orders were handled appropriately, and we have retained the relevant order records and customer communications supporting the history described above. We appreciate every customer who chooses to shop with us, but we also reserve the ability to discontinue a business relationship when repeated cancellations and order changes create ongoing processing issues. This was a business decision and was not intended personally. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our customer service and products in this review and stand by the documented history of the account. Fox Pharma Customer Support
