I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years. I regularly buy your products for myself and as gifts, and I always recommend them to others. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at your branch today. When I told the sales associate my budget for a gift, she immediately replied, "That's too small. How do you suggest that amount?" I found this comment rude and unprofessional. She also brought up that online prices are different from in-store prices, even though I had never mentioned online shopping or prices. Ironically, she then recommended a shower gel and a body mist, and the total was exactly within the budget I had given her from the beginning. I completed my purchase because I needed the gift, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. While I still love your products, I won't be returning to this branch.

Produkte sind toll, wenn dann nach 3 Wochen noch verfügbar. Leider dauert die Lieferung inzwischen 2-4 Wochen, also bestellt wenn ihr noch genügend zuhause habt und notfalls ganz verzichten könnt, denn die Verfügbarkeit kann sich sehr spontan ändern. Es ist nicht gut verpackt, ich hatte schon offene Duschgels im Karton. Vermutlich spart sich nun auch Yves Rocher zu tode. Mal sehen wann sie sich von Garnier oder Loreal aufkaufen lassen.

J'ai toujours été fidèle à Yves rocher mais ça se dégrade. Les "supers cadeaux " sont d une valeur minime et peu intéressants. Dire qu au début Yves rocher offrait des cadeaux de valeur (parfum, crème visage) la qualité et valeur du cadeau laissent maintenant vraiment à désirer. La dernière fois j achète un savon avec 50% de réduction. Il était minuscule et très cher malgré la réduction. Les produits sont onéreux mais de qualité. Les hôtesses de la boutique de Nantes et celles que je joins par téléphone m informent très bien et sont quasiment toujours très aimables.
