Speedy international delivery. International shipping can be challenging, though, especially when sending two cardboard boxes in a thin plastic bag to an address overseas: one of the two boxes arrived slightly damaged, but the good news is that the handmade wooden phone stand inside was fine. Your products are simply charming, especially for dog lovers. I can gladly recommend your studio.

I was very impressed with the ease in ordering 2 pieces, man with dog pointed ears and one with floppy ears. They are so cute and very well made. Very pleased with them.

The product is beautiful and well made. It was delivered relatively on time, but the communication or information on the shipping status could have been better. Highly recommend especially at the discounted price

The item I received was exactly like the one shown and described on the website. Excellent detail. Nicely done.

It claims to be a small handcraft business in Delaware. Yet, my wooden sculptures were shipped from China in a Chinese cardboard box in a plastic envelope with a YunExpress shipping label and a USPS Forward Service label placed over it. The USPS label has a JFK designator (port of entry) and an Illinois return address. The YunExpress shipping number tracking indicates the package started in Mainland China on the 5th of the month, entered the US on the 7th by air, and was delivered by USPS on the 10th.

Being not very good with computers, the company walked me through the steps to order # 3 and when I still did not got it, Martin personally took me by "the hand". Now I am just waiting to hear from my son that he received the dog. His Kale was a good friend. Thank you again for the beautiful figurine.

The wooden sculptures are so heartwarming. We have owned several labradors and the artist definitely captures the love you feel for your pups.
