The warm friendly feel of the company, their rapid response to queries and problems (no bots involved). My original purchase was 3 items, (they are in USA I'm in UK). Delivery was within promised timescale. I did unfortunately find that two of the items were damaged in transit, an email to Yukon Design Studio with accompanying pictures got a very quick response assuring me that replacements would be sent immediately. The replacements were delivered as promised and arrived in perfect condition. I have now recommended them to friends and family. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A shaky start where one of the two crafted wooden ordered items was missing a key piece. However, an email enquiry to Yukon saw a full replacement for the faulted item, so I can now report being really happy.

Bought two of the wood carvings. Both arrived promptly in perfect condition. One of the carvings is a gift sent to an address in another state. A neighbor of the recipient collected the package and misplaced it. We thought it was lost in shipping. Yukon provided evidence of delivery and we were able to track down the missing carving. Yukon was very prompt and helpful throughout. The carvings are well done and excellent quality.

Ordered 2 items with cat and dog with human. The colour of the animals is very pale, and does not match the colour on website. Yukon responded by advising me to colour with teak oil. Perhaps they should fo this so it matches what they are advertising.

The wooden pets are lovely and our kids loved them!

My order arrived and I was delighted, I ordered three different models of the man/woman with dogs and one of the woman with cat. Sadly, the cats tail had been broken off which may well of happened during its journey to me. I emailed Yukon Design and they answered very promptly saying they would replace my damaged product straight away. There was no dispute, no fuss or trouble. There duly followed a replacement at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the service and the products. Will be visiting the site again with Christmas presents in mind!

Discovered you by happy accident! As a crazy cat lady I ordered 2 items which beautifully show cat and human relationships. I love them. The fact that as a small family business you personalise the experience is wonderful. Will be recommending to all my Aussie friends.
