Update to Original Review. Aug 25’26 - the response I got to my complaint was very quick and positive. They offered me a full refund or reprint which is why I have given them a higher rating but I still think the price is a bit steep and the frame could be better quality with glass instead of plastic. Thank you Ross. Not worth the money! I was hesitant about the cost but I ordered this 6X8" print for my sister who recently lost her dog. Although they were helpful in getting the picture right, not all the 4 prints were perfect so I picked the one most like her and her dog as I wanted it to arrive quickly before her next visit. It arrived quickly but the frame was cheap with no glass and the picture was very dark and muddled compared to the print online. Very disappointed!!!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Yours Theo so far! I’ve just approved my portraits for printing, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how they turned out. The entire process has been incredibly smooth, especially the communication with my artist. They were very responsive and carefully listened to all of my feedback, making every correction and improvement I requested. I really appreciated how easy and collaborative the whole experience felt. Although I’m still waiting to receive the finished portraits, I’m already extremely happy with the process and the final artwork. I can’t wait to see them in person and have them arrive at my home! Based on my experience so far, I will most certainly be using Yours Theo again in the future.

I’m a bit skeptical ordering from social media but this was a very efficient & pleasant experience. The product exceeded my expectations. The image completely captured Cy & Petey on their daily walks. It’s for an October birthday and I can’t wait for my husband to see it.

A portrait of my dog and myself wasn’t the easiest purchase I’ve had made. I have to admit, I’m pretty picky when it comes to having a portrait composed of yourself. If something bothers you and you don’t say anything, you’ll regret it later. The staff was more than obliged to make me happy, they were very patient and friendly. The quality of materials, including a real wood frame were above standard. Delivery was quick and the content was packaged to ensure safety. I will definitely order again. Thank you to Theo and all the staff that helped with my order.

I had a great experience with Yours, Theo! The ordering process was incredibly simple, and I loved how easy it was to upload my photos and customize my portraits. When they arrived, I was honestly blown away. The artwork captured my dog perfectly, and the quality of the print and frame exceeded my expectations.
