Incredible piece of artwork
Received such an incredible piece of artwork to remember my best friend. The quality and detail is absolutely fabulous and the whole process of getting it done was such a breeze. My questions were answered promptly and the end result holds a special place in my heart. Can’t speak highly enough about it and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future.

Easy, simple, and beautiful 🤍
I love love love how simple and easy this was to get portraits of my two cats 🫶 We also got one for our cat that passed away a while ago 🤍 such a beautiful way to keep him around with us in the house. Thank you so much for having this amazing platform available!! I'll definitely use it again as gifts for my friends who are also pet parents!

Absolutely stunning portraits
Absolutely stunning portraits! Our soul dog Knox passed on 7/10/26. My Facebook feed was all boxer dogs, grief and ads. Yours, Theo intrigued me. I input photos and saw how they brought Knox to life. I ordered this print and another print of our beautiful KaliBella. WE LOVE THEM! They are fabulous at communicating also via messenger! Top notch all the way around! I love that when we lay down at night, we have a gorgeous art gallery style wall of our precious dogs.

MY PET PORTRAIT MADE ME CRY!!!
My pet portrait turned out even better than I expected! It captured her sweet personality so perfectly. This was because the folks at Yours, Theo really listened to my feedback when I asked them to tweak it to my preferences and they didn't mind when I asked them to do it a few times to get it JUST right. They truly seem to understand a pet's place in our families is so important! I had such a hard time deciding which pose to pick because they were all so precious. I would highly recommend Yours, Theo without hesitation for creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

I’d give them zero stars if I could
I’d give them zero stars if I could. I paid for 3 downloads of 3 different pictures of my dog. I kept getting a message that they were processing and then, nothing. Never got the downloads. I tried emailing them, nothing. I called the number, left a message, no call back. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Hi Julia, We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused here. We were able to locate your order and identify what happened. There were two different email addresses connected to the order/payment, and it appears the download details may have been sent to an email address that was not the one you were checking. We also found your email to us about the issue, and we replied asking for the order details so we could locate the purchase. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify the order from the information available at that time. Now that we have located it, we have resent the download details to both email addresses connected to the order to make sure you receive them. We have also issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture, because we understand this was a frustrating experience and you did not receive the downloads as expected. Please check both inboxes, including spam/junk folders, for the resent download details and refund confirmation. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly.
