I very much appreciated how you tried…
I very much appreciated how you tried to make changes to our submitted pictures, but when I received the framed pictures, they really didn’t look like us. They were beautiful pictures, they were just not us. My daughter asked who that was:(. It was a lot of money to not have them look like us; Is there any chance we could try again?

Product with Animals Outstanding, product with People not Good, Customer Service Slow to Resolve 😞
I absolutely loved the first one I received, the second one I received was sent to me without my approval before I saw it as I requested, and I am not happy with it and I'm having trouble hashing it out with customer service. They are slow to resolve the issue.

The process was good
The process was good. But the final that was sent to me is not as nice as what i was sent for the digital file. It looks more like someone printed it off a printer While I love the idea I am disappointed by the final product. I was so excited to purchase several ore for Holiday gifts, but I will not as the quality is not at all what I expected for the cost////
