While the end result was very good, I was a little frustrated with the selection process. There wasn't an easy way of going back to make changes to your selections after seeing the previews. However, after listing the changes I wanted done, I was happy with the results. I just would've like to have more control in making changes, but the program is designed to have the company artist make all the changes. But, I was very happy with the final result.

The picture turned out great with the exception of my husband’s hat, which read “Airborne” but it came out as jibberish when I saw the finished product. It’s not a big deal and I had approved the print prior to printing so it was my bad for not noticing it.

I would have given you five stars, but the paper seems very wavy and not flat like it had been rolled before it was placed in the frame. That is my only disappointment. The picture and she loved it.

I appreciated you willingly changing the dog collar! My only complaint is the image of the dog . The dog definitely looks like a Welsh Terrier. I didn’t notice that his coloring was a not totally correct until I received the final product. There were too many white streaks on his face and rear end. Otherwise love the composition.

I appreciated the revisions requested and merging photos to make a cohesive attractive picture. My son’s hands are somewhat out of focus and the frame is cheap but overall I appreciated it and the gift will be enjoyed by my son when he gets it.

This experience was very interactive, back and forth until we got it right. I was very happy with the result and it ended up being a great gift to someone that has everything .

Update to Original Review. Aug 25’26 - the response I got to my complaint was very quick and positive. They offered me a full refund or reprint which is why I have given them a higher rating but I still think the price is a bit steep and the frame could be better quality with glass instead of plastic. Thank you Ross. Not worth the money! I was hesitant about the cost but I ordered this 6X8" print for my sister who recently lost her dog. Although they were helpful in getting the picture right, not all the 4 prints were perfect so I picked the one most like her and her dog as I wanted it to arrive quickly before her next visit. It arrived quickly but the frame was cheap with no glass and the picture was very dark and muddled compared to the print online. Very disappointed!!!
