Great work. Looks exactly like them. It’s a Christmas present as the pup is now deceased. I really hope he likes it as their were a true bonded pair.

The staff was having trouble getting my dog's coloring right. We exchanged a few back-and-forth messages, and the coloring kept going in the wrong direction. Finally, Bea wrote to me directly and asked me to send her a couple of pictures, which I did. She worked with these photos and got my dog's coloring spot on! I am so happy with the photo.

Thank you so much, Cheryl! We’re especially happy Bea was able to step in and get everything just right. We’ll make sure she sees your kind words!

The process was good. But the final that was sent to me is not as nice as what i was sent for the digital file. It looks more like someone printed it off a printer While I love the idea I am disappointed by the final product. I was so excited to purchase several ore for Holiday gifts, but I will not as the quality is not at all what I expected for the cost////
Response from Yours, TheoAug 28, 2026
Hi Suzanne, I’m sorry the printed portrait didn’t reflect the quality of the digital version you loved. The finished portrait matters just as much as the artwork itself, and we’re looking into what happened with your specific order. I’m reaching out directly so we can review what arrived and resolve this properly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Ross Founder, Yours, Theo
