They don't trust their own basic…
They don't trust their own basic programme that they advertise!
Right from the beginning when you sign up you keep getting emails like this " Your premium weight loss is not activated! Thats why you are now only at 25% of the maximum weight loss efficiency. Activate your Premium weight loss now and lose weight 4x faster"
They want you to pay more and more money for added services that are not realistic.
Please don't fall for the marketing they trick you into paying more money and when you try to get a refund they don't give it to you.

This is a scam. I signed up and right away they want money for everything. It’s a rip off and you can’t cancel.

Youthgenom is healthgenom
After doing the test, I was led to pay to see the tips to improve premenopause symptoms. But sadly, I had to pay to see the tips and subscribe for 1 month only.
I didn’t know the solution was a daily meal plan. So I began to browse the meal plans and see how it could help me with my pre-menopause. But then as I am browsing, the app will ask you to pay more for personalised nutritionist. I remember clicking ‘I don’t mind losing weight slowly’.
And then as I was browsing, I was charged with extra $19.90. I didn’t even remember being asked to pay.
I immediately email the app contact ino about this extra charge and I find this frustrating so I also asked for a refund.
After 24 hours, I got a reply from Lisa that this 2nd charges happened because I tapped on the shopping list which is part of the app, $19.95! It didn’t even ask me if I wanted to! If I knew that it will charge me, I wouldn’t tap it.
Moreover, the consultant also mentioned I will be charged $33 after a PAID trial month. I seriously didn’t know about this until she emailed me.
I also find it super exhausting to unsubscribe from this app. It just won’t let you off the hook. It says if you cancel the subscription, you will have to pay $165 to lose weight again!
I asked for a full refund but they won’t. even when I told them that their meal plans are not suitable for me.
After communicating with them through emailing, they finally agreed to refund both of the purchases because there is a problem with the system.

Trickster company
Usually when one wants to subscribe into a meal plan/weight loss app, one would expect that nutritional info is available. Youthgenome though doesnt inform people that to have access to this, you have to pay extra., to have a coach, you have to pay extra, to have a grocery list for a week you have to pay extra. You only realize this once you subscribe. I felt tricked and so I reached out right away to cancel my subscription and request for a refund since i dont have plans on using the app anymore. But then youthgenome responded that they cant give me a refund because the product is not faulty. How is not clearly informing the customers about the product not faulty?Feels like a scam. I am writing this review in the hopes that less people or no one at all will be tricked by this company again

How well do you think you take care of your body nutritionwise?
For about ten years I started searching about healthy nutrition for my family, but this program has such diverse meals and options (if you don’t have certain ingredients at hand) that it showed me just how much better food one can make. It makes sure you don’t starve yourself in an effort to cut unhealthy food from the daily routine, especially if you have challenges like pre-menopause, heart condition, diabetes, post-cancer treatment, etc…

The food is super easy to make
The food is easy to make. Lots of whole food and fresh food. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the measured weight of some food. It's more about waste as part of an avo or other foods might be used 1 day but then for several other days may not be included so i end up having food waste which I don't like. I really like the recipes though
