– Team YouthGenom

Hello Andrea, We understand your concern and appreciate you bringing it up. It’s possible that some of the reviews you’ve come across regarding menopause were written by individuals using names or accounts that may not directly reflect their personal information. This can happen when users are either using a shared device, a generic email address, or simply miss using their personal email when submitting a review. It’s something we’re actively looking into to ensure we can accurately identify and assist every customer. We want to ensure that each user’s review is tied to the correct profile, which can sometimes lead to confusion when a name or account doesn’t align with the data we have in our system. Wwe are always here to assist if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hello, Bea. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused. We completely understand how important it is to feel in control of your subscription and billing. To clarify, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time either by logging into your personal profile and accessing your account settings, or reaching out to our support team via email. We sincerely apologize if the cancellation steps weren’t clear or if you didn’t receive a timely response. We're also sorry that the purchase of the Premium feature felt unexpected. Please know that this service cannot be added without direct confirmation from the user, but we understand that if the offer was unclear at the time, it may not have felt like a deliberate purchase—and we regret that. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to identify your profile from your review. To assist you further, we’ve requested your contact information here on Trustpilot. You can also reach out to us directly at [email protected] and mention Robert from our Customer Success Team so we can prioritize and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we truly hope to make it right.
