Dear User Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Our website has been operational for a very long time and we are always striving to make sure that all of our members are genuine. We ensure that all the confirmed profiles on our site are genuine by making sure we have seen their verification documents, such as their passport, prior to allowing them access to our website. Also, we have implemented an Anti-Scam Policy to protect you and make you feel secure on our site. Kindly provide us with the user's ID number, a brief description, and any supporting material to prove these claims. We would require you to send screenshots of all evidence that shows this user is fake, furthermore, kindly note we do have anti-scam policies in place to protect you and if this is true we would refund all credits spent on this user - provided that they are a verified member. (has a blue badge on a profile). If you find such profile please send us link at [email protected]
