To maximize savings, consider selecting larger packages, as they offer a reduced rate per credit compared to smaller ones. Additionally, we recommend prioritizing online chat for optimal value. Hi Lorrie, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your concern. It’s possible that the automatic refill option was activated when you made your initial purchase, which can lead to additional charges once your credits run low. Indeed, using certain services costs a fixed number of credits that you buy separately from membership. On the surface, once you run out of credits, you will need to top up to continue using the services. This automatic refill option can be turned off at any time through your account settings. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need help with this or would like tips on how to make your credits last longer. We’re here to help! Thank you for your feedback!

HI Diane, We’re truly sorry to hear about your negative experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a genuine and enjoyable experience for all users, and we take concerns like yours seriously. Regarding the credits, the platform works on a pay-per-service model where certain premium features require credits, which are separate from membership fees. If you're running out of credits quickly, we'd be happy to provide tips on how to make them last longer. As for the subscription, it’s important to review all pricing details before making a commitment, and we apologize if that wasn’t clear.
