Despite the strict implementation of anti-fraud measures, there may be some occasions that there are members that tend to breach the policies in the platform. In order to process this complaint, we need to first have any supporting material you have that we can submit to the verification team. *Profile Link or ID number for each member *Screenshots of suspicious conversation *Time and date of correspondence *Any further evidence that the profiles are dishonest. Do be informed that we have anti-scam policy implemented in the platform to make sure that we can have a secure community. Misidentification ((i.e., someone who uses another member’s profile without permission to communicate with you). We will surely reimburse all credits you incurred communicating with this member and ban the member permanently given that they have a confirmed profile status) is one of the grounds of such policy thus we'll be waiting for your email to make sure this concern is responded with urgency.
