I just don't get any of the negative reviews listed below, this customer service from this company is AMAZING! In short - I started using the Keto plan (1 yr sub), discovered that it wasn't the best fit for me (although this had nothing to do with the service itself, the menus, details, plans etc. are all excellent). Anyway, I made the classic mistake of setting a reminder to cancel my sub in good time, promptly forgot about it and then, HEY PRESTO, out went another annual sub. So, feeling like a wally, I messaged the Customer Service team explaining what had happened and, without any fuss or bother, they contacted me straight away and refunded me the year's sub (even though they clearly had me bang to rights as per the T&Cs). FANTASTIC SERVICE GUYS, I will def be recommending you to anyone I know of who wants to pursue KETO.

Nie polecam!! Dieta niezróżnicowana. Zamówiłam dietę na 3 miesiące, przepisy tak często się powtarzają, ze w efekcie mam przepisy tylko na 2 miesiące. Obsługa klienta nie odpowiada od tygodnia. Strata pieniędzy.

Realmente es una empresa que ofrece cosas irreales esto es es ajustable a ti. Hacen una dieta generalizada y si usted le indica condiciones medicas no les importa yo pague por tres meses y demoraron tres semanas en ajustarme el famoso plan y cuando les digo a la semana que me devolvieran el dinero que descontaran ese mes y me devolvieran el dinero de los dos meses que no voy a utilizar me salen con el cuento que la garantía de devolución habia acabado a los 14 dias asi que les escribí de nuevo diciéndoles que ellos se demoraron mas de 14 dias organizándome mi plan. Asi que son unos ladrones, no tienen idea de servicio en español saca cualquier excusa para no devolver el dinero NO LO COMPREN VALLAN A UN MEDICO UN LUGAR SEGURO ESTO NO LO ES A PARTE TE QUITAN EL DINERO VAYAN A ESPECIALISTAS
