UPDATED Review... why oh why did I buy a new meal plan in September knowing how messed up this company is.... well guess what I still have access to my first meal plan despite not "subscribing to them"... now, however they will delete any meal plans you buy if you do not subscribe... its "apparently" in their terms and conditions.... which clearly they have changed to suit their money hungry needs. So here's my advice AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! MAY 2021.... I signed up to them made my selections and the menu provided was very repetitive...I mentioned in an email that I'd have preferred more choices, they said i could adjust it for FREE I told them I would do so before I was due to buy in the next weeks worth of foods. So I contacted them and asked for my meal plan to be adjusted to start from week 4, as I had already purchased in ahead, as I was in the middle of week 3, they changed the whole thing...which meant obviously I now didn't have all the ingredients for the rest of my current week. Despite all of this hassle I managed to work around the newer schedule... Their customer service is slow... when you make your choices double check them before finishing the survey, if like myself they didn't include things you had requested contact them via email but be prepared to have to wait a few days for a reply... and when you get it be prepared for them not to answer all your questions... How would I rate them out of 10.... I'd say 0/10, they definitely have alot more potential, if they listen to the feedback instead of ignoring customers they could be scoring higher.
