Struggling to get any support
Struggling to get any support. Have asked a couple of questions and have had no reply and it has been over 24 hours. All I want to know is are the recipes per serve, or how many do they feed?

En primer lugar me cobraron una cantidad por la dieta y una cantidad adicional por "un libro" que yo no quería ni solicite. "La dieta" consiste Solamente en 5 platillos y solo cambia el orden .... osea que no tiene sentido alguno pagar

Je suis déçue d'avoir pris un…
Je suis déçue d'avoir pris un abonnement. Je recherchais une aide pour mes menus de la semaine c'est la cas mais vous êtes obligé d'acheter des produits proteinés barres/ poudre.... Je voulais quelques chose de 100% maison, dommage que ce ne soit pas préciser avant de prendre l'abonnement.

Not quite a scam but pretty ruthless
Not quite a scam but pretty ruthless. Here's why: Following the Facebook link, it appears as if you will receive a free meal plan (like the many others available for free on the Internet). Not quite. As soon as you selected your food preferences and the meal plan is "generated" you are presented with a demand for payment. This is called the "bait and switch" technique of ruthless marketing. You will indeed receive a meal plan, so technically the "goods have been delivered". In fact, the recipes are good but very limited to only the foods you initially selected. Will it work. Of course, if you stick to it. No easy way to change your meal plan and no chance to back out. So yeah, no-one stole your money but would you have paid this much for this level of service given a second chance? Probably not.

Chci a nevím jak zrušit předplatné 232,- každý měsíc. Nevyužívám službu, tím mi není k ničemu. Už jsem se pokoušela psát maily, ale žádná odpověď, tak ani nevím zda někam došly. Prosím o pomoc a radu jak na to. Děkuji

I did not know they deduct a monthly…
I did not know they deduct a monthly sum from my credit card and now am unable to contact them. There is no address or phone contact. They have sent a generic response saying they are very busy and will not be able to get back for at least 2 days and likely longer . I am very uncomfortable about this and expect a response sooner than that. Reading these reviews has made me feel anxious - I am nothing to do with a competitor. I am simply a customer who saw the ads online and thought I would try it out. No idea they would be deducting money and no way to get any response .
