DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Typical fraudulent company using fake photos to lure you in and take your money then offer nothing like what they advertised!! Even when asked why none of the meals in my plan looked like the adverts they didn’t have a clue and suggested they were vegetarian meals when there was meat in the photos. Absolute jokers! Shame I didn’t read the reviews before signing up. You’re better off searching keto meals online and making a plan yourself.

Dear Natalie, Thank you for your input! Some of the advertising pictures may include meat in them as it is/can be part of the program, depending on the choices of every customer. However, our team can also exclude the meat altogether for you, so that way you will have a vegetarian meal plan. You can reach our Support Team at [email protected] in order to make the desired changes. Best Regards, YourKeto Team

Dear Magalie, Please, note we have tried to assist in your initial request, however, the e-mail to you bounced back due to issues on your mail server. As per our Terms & Conditions, it is up to the customer to check regularly their e-mail address, and make sure to provide the correct one, so that we can assist accordingly and in time. Please, be advised, we have asked for your confirmation regarding the refund and cancellation when you got in touch later with us through a different e-mail, however, unfortunately, the charge was no longer refundable at this point. Beznadziejne.
Beznadziejne.

In them, one can also see that the refund period of 14 days is applicable to the first charge only. We can confirm your subscription has been canceled, as per the communication with our Support Team. This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I want to cancel the membership but there is no way to do it on the website. I sent them multiple emails with NO response. They keep saying to email them and they’ll get back to you in 48 hours…nope! There is no phone number to call and no way to get in touch with them either. TOTAL SCAM!!! Don’t fall for it like I did!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to cancel this since the day after I signed up and it has proven impossible!
