Je suis déçue d'avoir pris un abonnement. Je recherchais une aide pour mes menus de la semaine c'est la cas mais vous êtes obligé d'acheter des produits proteinés barres/ poudre.... Je voulais quelques chose de 100% maison, dommage que ce ne soit pas préciser avant de prendre l'abonnement.

I have just subscribed keto for month but i have never used after that i never loggedin but they just charged me for 7 months with 19.99$ everymonth and due to covid with personal reasons i never checked these charges and finally when i checked i just got shocked and requested for team to help me. But they said just they can't do anything and surprisingly they charged for this month too.. never provide with direct contact number i couldn't understand the reason for that.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I see that you reply with a canned response for everyone who feels scammed by being charged every three months. I have never even received an email regarding your plan or services...ever!! Yet you keep billing every three months. No..it is not in my junk or spam. You are thieves and you know it. Good thing I finally caught on. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regardless of your lame "agreement." The company is not interested in your success as they never follow up on your results. They never reach out again after you sign up. No transparency about what they offer. They just continue to automatically withdraw without soliciting feedback about their program. They’ve don’t care about the results…only the money. Anyone who complains gets the same response “look at our terms and agreements.” They’re very sneaky.

Excited to start 8/10/2021 I was excited to start until I couldn’t download anything and the next morning saw on my account information from PayPal it was a reoccurring payment. Which by the way PayPal finally after about 10 minutes found where it was stated. I feel I was mislead and therefore cancelled with PayPal as I didn’t receive a response from you. Thank you
