Just like many other reviews here I ordered mid March with delivery to be April 20th. The excuse they gave me was “oil leaked onto your greenhouse.” I received an email from Bruno after that saying they will “air freight another one directly from the factory and the new greenhouse will be delivered at a MAXIMUM 2-3 weeks from the date of the email.” That 3 weeks expires tomorrow, I have no tracking info, and no idea where the greenhouse is; I imagine it’s across the ocean in another country still even though I ordered 2 months ago. They are not to be trusted. Look over the reviews here and see all the excuses they give (higher demand than expected, issues at the port, oil leaks, etc) yet they’re still advertising “deals” on social media. Run away from this focking company. Cue the lame ass apology which means nothing when nothing changes. 👇🏻

My order never shipped after 4 months. Their customer service is zero. They will not answer emails nor answer their phone.

Would have appreciated more info on what the additional options are, such as can the sliding door be added to all models? Would also appreciate more information on has to best anchor each model, especially for areas with cold winters and frost heaves.

Still no green house and now cannot even get them on the phone. What a scam.

The rep (Louise) was very helpful. He answered my questions to the best he could and if he didn't know he would find out and get back to me in a timely manner. He explained the company and how things were to make the greenhouses and the company in general. Fallow ups were also very good,too.

I was able to complete the entire process from initial view to final purchase without needing to talk to anyone. The sight is comprehensive enough to provide everything you need to know to make a decision online.

I didn’t quite complete my purchase online, but then Josh reached out to me and everything was fantastic. I appreciated talking to talking to somebody very professional. he reassured me that everything you are advertising is even better in person and it’s exactly the kind of look that I was hoping for in my new backyard of my new house. I am looking forward to the beauty and function and I think my two cats will love hanging out in there too.
