I ordered my greenhouse in March, 2026. Promised an April 21st delivery. In the beginning all contact and customer service was great. Then received notice that a shipping label was completed on June 11th for pick up. It is now October 21. To be fair, this company had been working with me on answers and calming my frustrations. It appears that people reviewing here are getting answers (I haven't heard from anyone in months) so, unfortunately, am putting the company on blast here, hoping for a response on when I might see the greenhouse. I see that someone here got a call and agreed to a 2027 February arrival. I would consider that if I was GUARANTEED to receive it by February. I don't want to miss another season of planting since I'll have been waiting 11 months to receive the greenhouse. I do not want to cancel because I really was looking forward to it and it appears to be good quality. Kindly reply

i was charged $3533in feb 2026 for a green house. the item has been told to be delieved and still on the process.July 2026, no item delived, so i cancelled the order. Daniel Knott tel 9043375411 email me and stated that i will be refunded and shopify will send the refund and to email him in 2 days if no refund. I did keep emailing them since upto this time sept 22, 2026 no refund. My order number in the greenhouses item is 3060.

Wish we had ours by now. The build was supposed to be next weekend 9/26/26. We ordered a 10x26 polycarbonate with a few options (2 vents and a 2nd door) back on May 11th. Delivery was said to take 8-12 weeks. We asked for them to delay deliver until the week of Sept. 8th. That would have been 18 weeks. They agreed, stating no problem since delivery was well outside 12 weeks it usually takes. They did not deliver. We've been calling and emailing since the 4th for info and they don't answer phone calls and they don't reply to emails. After several attempts, we are lost now. We contacted Chase to dispute the charge. We aren't sure if it’s a scam, just a bad business, or otherwise at this point. Chase is now handling things at the moment. The same day we disputed, we finally received a call. The guy said he had a resolution proposal. After his spiel about shipping issues, delays, and the shipper not picking up orders (they need a new shipper) he said it would be shipped to soon to Jacksonville, Fl. and they could get it to us in say 6-8 more weeks. It’s an update, but not really a solution imo. We've now had to cancel our build crew for the weekend of Sept 26th 2026. This pushes the delivery out to about 26 weeks and into November. Not holding our breath here. I asked him to just cancel the order and refund us our money. He said he could not and would have to forward that to another person named Rueben and he would call us in a day or so. It’s been a week now and no call. We are currently following the dispute process with Chase and they assure us of a resolve. They have contacted them and the company has 30 days to respond. We will continue with additional review and info.

I have been trying fro weeks to get a return phone call to see when the Nordwood greenhouse I ordered in April. In addition, they did not respond to emails I've sent. Starting to wonder if this is an AI generated company scamming innocent people????

I’m not so sure about the company itself. After months of waiting and then reading these reviews I decided to get a refund. I will say that Chris, the customer service guy is the absolute best part of this company! He was pleasant, patient, reassuring when the order kept getting delayed, and was prompt to issue a refund! Really appreciated his part in this whole mess.

I ordered my greenhouse on 12-6-2025, Bruno went MIA on 3-16-2026. On 5-6-2026 they sent an email indicating that they had to switch to air freight directly from the factory due to delays with the cargo thru the ports. So we are literally starting over!! I really wish they would offer their customers a full refund when it goes past the promised delivery period. It is ridiculous to be waiting this long with such lack of communication. I had signed up to be an affiliate but I honestly can’t get behind a company that puts so little time into keeping the customer aware of their shipment. Not to mention I don’t have the product yet! I noticed in the last communication they were going to ship it to my billing address, I immediately wrote back and corrected that mistake and what did I get? CRICKETS!! So who knows if I was just scammed out of $3k… f•ck!!

In reading reviews, I also purchased the greenhouse on March 16, 2026. I was told I would be receiving one that was in the warehouse from a cancelled order. June 10 Bruno sent an email with a tracking number. Shipping was "scheduled" June 9. It is June 28 and has not moved. I was also thinking this was a scam, but now I see this is the habit of the company - to string you along. I am really looking forward to the greenhouse and have a contractor waiting. But I need this before winter!

On February 1 I ordered a greenhouse from your company and paid you $3000 for this item with the express understanding the greenhouse would be delivered in April as part of an early order promotion. It is now May, no greenhouse has arrived, and as you can imagine, my trust in your company is rapidly dwindling. I reached out to Bruno last week, was forwarded to someone else, then was given the excuse that these greenhouses come from Europe, blaming transportation issues for the delay, and stating my status has been upgraded to air freight. Problem is, there was no tracking information etc to back this up, so we are back to this same mistrust issue which is growing stronger by the day. I get multiple emails from your company for marketing your product and add-ons, but nothing regarding the delivery of what Ive paid for. I noticed tabs below showing "other people mention" "Order" "Delivery Service" and "Customer Communications" which exemplifies a pattern with this company that is NOT favorable. I am extremely dissatisfied with your companies service at this time, hopefully your product is better. I will not be recommending you to due to you poor service.
