The greenhouse never showed up , been over 5 months. I have asked for a refund but nothing so far. The the run around that it will be shipped soon . I don't want the greenhouse any more . I just want my money back! I have sent you four emails asking for a refund. And the response I get is, it on its way, but we don't have tracking numbers for it.

I had a rough beginninng with yourgreenhouses.com but it was due to shipping issues. When my greenhouse arrived it was damaged and had to be sent back. Another new one was sent to me to replace the damaged one. It too was damaged. I refused it and sent it back. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. Later that same night I got a phone call from a gentleman named Chris. He apologized for the mishap and trouble r the second greenhouse had caused and assured me the situation will be fixed. By the time we hung up we were discussing tracking numbers ànd when my new greenhouse would arrive. He was very kind and even listened to the idea my Fed Ex driver had why the greenhouses continuously are getting crushed in shipping. I could tell he truly valued the integrity of the company and the satisfaction of the customer. Thank you Chris for helping fix what could have been a very stressful and emotional journey for me. Now I can enjoy having the greenhouse I have always wanted. 🥕🌽🫑🍉 Yourgreenhouses is lucky to have Chris to be the voice customers hear when they are emotionally drained and out of hope. I was ready to give up on my dream of growing plants and watching new life sprout and blossom. Chris thanks for seeing the process through and never giving up.

Yourgreenhouses has been one of the most unreliable and deceptive company i have done business with. I ordered a green house on April 5th, I was told the green house would be delivered on May 20th, nothing was delivered. I called was told June 4th,nothing was delivered. Called again and asked for a refund on June 5, Chris called saying i would receive the item june 18, nothing delivered. Called and asked for a refund again, could not even get a confirmation email on my refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company, this company takes your money as soon as you place an order and then drags you through fake promises and deception.

The online shopping was well set up. Very easy to peruse through the options and options. The sale price was automatically inserted into the final invoice and a payment plan was made available to avoid paying all at once. Great overall buying opportunity.

Luis did Very well at answering all our questions and was very helpful Just a little bit bummed that the order will take so long before it’ll be shipped have starter plants and veggies waiting to be planted

I still haven't received my greenhouse but they are working hard to get it to me and communicate well during the process. They also gave me a discount for the delay
