Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Ordered a greenhouse for over $5,000 and they never shipped anything. They never called or emailed back until over 7 months had gone by. The call I got was from someone who “doesn’t have the ability to refund.” And now I’m waiting for a supervisor to call back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

this company is a scam
this company is a scam. paid $5,500 last May for a greenhouse that was supposed to be delivered in 8-12 weeks. It has been 20 weeks and they no longer answer or return calls. I am going to initiate a credit card charge back and get my money back. This company sucks!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, manuals are very much incomplete and inaccurate. My order took 6 months to get here, showed up wrong size, with not enough poly carbonate to cover the extra size, missing parts.horrible communication with company, very unresponsive

April 19, 2026 Order has never arrived
Order date was April 19, 2026, it is now October 17, 2026 & nothing has been delivered, no communication since August 18, 2026. That communication was again 4-6 weeks, I've been getting 4-6 weeks since the order date. Frankly I think it is a SCAM & now I am out over $2,500.
