YourGreenHousesReviews of yourgreenhouses.com

I personally think that YourGreenHouses is a scam. I ordered my greenhouse in January of 2026. It is now September and I still have not received it. The company does not communicate with you unless you initiate contact. I’m into this thing for $2,600 and don’t know if they will ever ship the product. I strongly advise NOT buying a greenhouse from these people. Find one locally if you can. Tony S.

Great customer service. Our order was missing some parts to complete the greenhouse. They were very responsive and had a solution figured out within a few days to get the additional items needed, so we can complete our greenhouse.

Worst scam company! Ruben Cibrion has been lying to me and avoiding me for months! DO NOT order from this company! It is a full on scam. They blocked me instead of answering. Ive started a dispute on paypal. Buyer beware, they will try to steal your money.

Horrible. First they told us to expect delivery May 20. Then kept contacting us with delays. Finally got a call telling me more delays and the pallet would be 20 x 6! We are in an urban neighborhood and cannot accommodate! Then they told me I had to pick it up myself, again not possible. Finally was promised a refund that I have never received. Now not responding. Do NOT recommend!! Helpless to get money back on product that was NOT as promised and we never received. Terrifible company.

I had a wee bit of phone tag but at last I got a very helpful email answering my questions and a call from an excellent customer service rep who carefully thought through my choice and placed the order. I am excited to receive my greenhouse and finally set it up! I feel confident that it will be exactly what I need in my situation/location.

The website was easy to navigate. Complete product information was available. The actual purchase was also easy to complete.

Communication was good and shipping was fast.

I ordered a Nordwood T-shaped greenhouse last week on 8/17/26. We marked the footprint out in the yard today and decided it was not going to be as big as I desire… So, I called and ordered a second one today. We plan to build them end-to-end with one facing forward and the other facing backward… and then attach an enclosed shed to the back. Between last week and today they had implemented the much advertised price increase. Shout out to Liz for advocating that the previous price be honored for this new purchase. Liz was VERY helpful in answering all our questions. THANKS! I will continue to add to my review as we proceed. So far, I’m extremely pleased with the customer service I have received.
