Liz was very helpful and patient. My credit card company would not accept the charge which for some unknown reason was charging five times each time we tried to run it. The communication has been great. I am very hopeful that will continue. I can't wait to get started with all the great things I have learned about your company and products.

In a world where customer service is dead
In a world where customer service is dead, I was pleasantly surprised when Melanie Sanchez called to introduce herself as my customer representative. She walked me through the process and serves as my point of contact. Far and away, this is beyond what I have come to expect from other companies I've ordered from in the past. Good job, YGH!

Hello, Ray. We highly appreciate the kind words, and we'll make sure that Melanie is informed of this.

It has been MORE than 6 months since I…
It has been MORE than 6 months since I ordered this beautiful green house. Very little communication, my story is very similar to other 1 star reviews. I go to look for any updates on delivery (first was supposed to be May 20th) I see I owe $2,880 MORE, I called my credit card company immediately, This "Green house" company will NOT see another dime of my money as they have strung me along for over 6 months. I would hate to see other people treated the way I have been. I have the foundation poured, paid for earth moved and I sit with winter approaching and NOTHING done regarding this, a ruined summer, no ability to travel, go camping as we have continually waited for this green house to materialize. I realize, since my calls are not taken, emails are "undeliverable" that this is just a scam. BEWARE! I have reported every detail of the string-along done by "Your green house", to the credit card company and reported that I see I am not the only one.

Have been researching green houses for some time. Found the Norwood Arrow the perfect fit for our needs. Liz closed the deal with helpful advice over the phone and team leader Melanie has been in touch as well to answer questions. So far so good!

Greenhouse was delayed but they were helpful along the way
I ordered a greenhouse in May and when it was not delivered as promised, I requested a refund. They did admit that there were some delays in shipping and helped me to get a refund. I will consider reordering a greenhouse next year and appreciated their assistance.

Hello Amanda,
We sincerely apologize for making you feel unheard and ignored. That is not in our ethics, and we'll make sure to reach out to you within the next 48 hours to get this resolved.

This site is a fraud. Total Scam. Greenhouses do not Arrive!!
I ordered my greenhouse in March 2026 and it never arrived. I requested a refund in July, and as mid-September, nothing has arrived yet.
This company is a scam! Do not buy from them!
Response from YourGreenHousesOct 5, 2026
Hello Joel,
We sincerely apologize for the delays in your order, the lack of communication from our side, and the false promises.
Upon checking our records, the refund is currently pending on our end and should be processed back to your account soon.

The worst experience in buying a greenhouse kit
Did quite a bit of research, and pre-ordered one of their polycarbonate models in March 2026, expected to ship, April 30th 2026.
Then Bruno reaches out April 22nd. Says that the shipment which contained my greenhouse, experienced an oil leak, and it was damaged during transit, along with some others. They are serious though, they are going to get a new one shipped and expedite it by air! "They said it was damaged in transit, and will ship it within 2-3 weeks. The failure to ship it after those 2 to 3 weeks shows, that was a lie".
June 1st rolls around, and I email them asking about it, as the 2-3 weeks passed with radio silence from them. Their response included 0 mention of this alleged damage in transportation, and instead went on to explain the complexities of logistics delivery for their large heavy greenhouses. No date, just empty explanations.
June 11th, a delivery update? Oh just a tracking ID and information sent to...FedEx, yes I'm sure FedEx was a good shipping partner choice, we all know their so good with package handling. Well at least an update, I can be patient.
Then another month passes, but I'm patient, I have an older cheaper polysheeting model which is starting to fail, but it can take me through the summer time.
Finally on July 27th, their founder Gustavs sends out an email and finally tells the truth about why myself, and judging by the email contents, many many others, did not receive their greenhouses. Apparently their logistics could not keep up, not some imaginary oil spill (more on that in a bit), but their complete and total utter failure in logistics management.
Followed with promises to do better, what they are doing to change it, and an invite to email back if you had not received your greenhouse kit yet.
I hadn't actually sent an email back yet myself, when another email arrived on August 10th (I know busy life, and I was patient). Gustavs claimed that they had "technical issues" and the emails from these poor folks went to their "spam" folder. Okay sure. So then Gustavs personally invited those who hadn't received their order to email him directly.
Remember I hinted the oil spill would come up again?Well not a literal oil spill, but Gustavs dropped a YouTube video that was reminiscent of BP's CEO saying "We're Sorry" during their own oil spill incident. Though an oil spill is certainly worse than a missing greenhouse, its just funny that the original excuse was an "oil spill".
I did just check my email chain, and I did reply to him after July 27th, and my email too must have been "lost in the spam folder".
Anyway to land this plane, after Gustav failed to respond, or anyone failed to respond, I became busy again and at some point must have entered my info on the website, because a sales rep called me in early August, and I explained that I had already ordered and explained the whole series of events, and they said they would put me in communication with customer service.
Would you guess it, that call never came. The rep accidentally called me back, the following week, thinking I was someone else, and I had a chance to request that customer service again.
I actually did receive a call from Bruno later that day. Spoke with him, requested some additional accessories due to this debacle, and he said okay to the extra vent, but was non-committal with the shelves. He told me 2-3 weeks, for sure this time!
Gustavs even finally replied to the email I sent him, almost 2 weeks late, and said he confirmed it, 2-3 weeks. So 9/2/2026 is the latest its expected to ship. Guess what...it did not ship. I even gave the Labor Day weekend benefit of the doubt. Radio silence.
Emailed Gustavs on 9/8/2026. I was a little cheeky, I said I hope the follow up email includes what consolation (monetary wise) they are giving back, and what accessories (all of them?) they are sending with my order. If he did not respond within 2 days, I was going to cancel. Guess what? No reply 2 days later.
I then forwarded it to their customer service email on 9/10, noting that I was going to issue a charge back by EOD the next day. No response either! I did take a moment to read their terms about returns, and they did say contact them first for a return, so I'll give it a shot Monday morning.
To conclude, I'm either getting a refund come Monday, or I'm hoping (expecting?) Gustavs and Bruno to show up themselves with the delivery in the next few days, with all the goodies, and one of those comically giant checks with a percentage back.
TLDR; Bad customer service, poor logistics experience, dishonest, empty promises. I'd highly consider building one of your own, or picking another supplier.

Norwood glass greenhouse, no delivery no updates
Order a Norwood glass greenhouse on March 21st 2026 with a projected delivery date of late May, It’s now Sept 12th, and still not delivered. I occasionally get an “ update” with vague promises of future updates.. never a delivery date. This was supposed to be a 40th anniversary present, but that went by, than a 60th birthday present, nope…. For a ten thousand dollar purchase, I expect a whole lot more..
Sept 20th…. Nothing…. Believe their business model is to ignore the customer until they demand a refund..
Update Oct 5th, in response to your greenhouse response, I did talk with your company, I was told that two painted Norwood kit were getting repackaged and close to being shipped, and that the next order was coming in four to six weeks. He said he’d look into getting me moved up the list and get back to me.. well another week has passed and I’m still without a shipping date or a green house..

Hello Pat,
We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and updates from our side. However, upon checking our records, we have noticed that you have spoken with our customer support manager today, who proposed a unit sent out to you sooner than what was promised.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this right.
