Ordered a greenhouse at beginning of April. Received conflicting information along the way. When I confronted them about lack of good communication and anyway to resolve waiting 23 weeks and counting, they disappeared. Likely a scam where they make interest on all our payments then refund once we're so frustrated they can no longer hold our money. Tbd if I can actually get the money back. Update. Never received refund after request. Had to file fraud claim with CC. Company said it was refunded but not by them. It was done by the credit card amex. They had nothing to do with it. I filed a fraud claim with amex. They are trying to make it look like they were active participants in helping. They were not in the least. Absolutely a fraud site.

The purchase went very well. But I haven’t heard anything back since May and it is September. I knew it was going to be a few weeks, but not this long. Communication would be very nice!

I ordered a greenhouse May 3rd. It’s over 4 months later and I still haven’t received it.

Absolutely zero communication, I believe this is a scam. Order delivery date came and went, contacted them and was told 3 weeks, after 4 weeks I contacted them and was told another 4-6 weeks. Now no return calls, all phone numbers go straight to voicemail, no responses. I have been exceedingly patient, this company is either incapable of fulfilling their orders or it is a scam.

First reason they didn’t make it on time they made me wait for six months. I canceled the order and they said it’s gonna take 10 business days for you to get refunded back and it’s best almost a month kinda and I still haven’t received my money back I called in and I was told that is still in process. We can do nothing. I like stuff like this so I believe this is not how you do business sorry.

I ordered my greenhouse on May 28th and was verbally told it would be delivered ‘mid-August’. As that date neared, I reached out via emails and phone calls and received no responses. Of course I’m very concerned about my purchase and wondering if I made a bad decision to purchase from this company. So today I requested a full refund.

You may be afraid of interacting with an internet based company and you may think that AI and robots must run it. You would be Wrong! Fantastic team of real humans here!

I paid in full (a lot of money) and 3 1/2 months later, still no greenhouse. Honestly, it wouldn't be so bad if they would just communicate with me on the status and give a little light at the end of the tunnel, but lately it's been nothing but crickets. They won't call back or answer emails. At this point, give me what I paid for, or give me my money back!
