York BoutiqueReviews of york-boutique.com

Product was excellent when it eventually arrived. Not in time for the holiday unfortunately. Not sure where the delay was but it spoilt the experience for me

Not as warm as advertised says . Wonderful this weather and into November and it looks fantastic.

The website looks like it a small, English boutique. Completely misleading. They dispatch the goods quickly , saying Royal Mail but then it soon becomes apparent it’s from China. Not a good quality as shown, over priced, long delivery time & no communication to return. This was a gift for my mother’s birthday & i was totally embarrassed giving it to her late & its unacceptable. Look elsewhere… even shein is better!!!!!

The cat head sculpture exactly as described & arrived safely in good time & was a great price.

Lovely fit disappointed with the material not what you would associate with warmth more summer lightweight

Jumper is really nice quality and looks exactly as described. Love it.

Ok here tata

Items have now arrived. No feedback from seller on failed delivery. They did arrive fairly promptly once I raised the query. Am very happy with the items but have only given 3 stars because of the delivery problems and lack of communication. Also, York Boutique appears to be some sort of clearing house or drop shipper and is not the actual seller. The items were shipped from China. So feel there is a lack of clarity about all this so I do not think I will be ordering from York Boutique again.
