Did have to wait for my hat but do understand delivery can be out of your control - lovely + v soft + a bright white BUT is tooo big for my head shape! Perhaps I have small head circumference!! So cld possibly be a gift for someone with a much fuller head of hair 🤗 Thankyou

The shipping took longer than I expected. I ordered on the 5th and it was delivered on the 22nd. I didn't realise that it was a Chinese product , not from York. The hat itself is fine, as described and warm. It will be very useful as the weather gets colder. The pink colour is very attractive.
