York BoutiqueReviews of york-boutique.com

Nothing was the right size. When I enquired about returns, they go to China at my expense. The company is registered in Wyoming. I had tried to cancel my order within minutes of sending it and was told it was too late the order was being processed. I asked them to change a size and they did that so why couldn't they cancel it? Be careful before you order anything. The photos also show the items to be a better quality than they are. Be warned. Interestingly they have offered exchange and keep the original. I will follow this through and see what happens.

Took an awful long time until it arrived. It bears no resemblance to the hat shown on the website. Poor quality materials used. They intimated that they were an English boutique yet goods were shipped in from China. Worse than eBay.

First of all I should make it clear that this is NOT a UK based company despite its name. The goods come from China and take quite some time to arrive - even after they have been despatched, which also takes quite some time. The company itself is based in the US so think very carefully before placing your order if you are based in the UK. I initially ordered a sweater in small but it is still huge so it's of no use to me but the cost of return is astronomical so I will be donating it to the Salvation Army clothes bank.

I recently purchased a hat from this company it is nothing like the photo that was shown on line and very poor quality. I asked how do I return this item and was told they will send a label to send it back to CHINA and will cost me a lot of money
